Ingredients:
40 cups
Idahoan® Tater Tumbler Mix
(made from 100% Idaho® Potatoes)
5 cups Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked
7½ cups pepperoni, minced
100 pieces fresh mozzarella, large dice (8 grams)
Pizza sauce, for garnish
Parmesan, grated, for garnish
Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat fryer to 350°F.
Combine the dry Tater Tumbler mix in a large bowl with the sausage and pepperoni. Mix well and hydrate as instructed.
Wrap the mixture around the mozzarella ball and deep fry for 3 minutes or until golden.
Top with pizza sauce and garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped chives.
