Before serving as Director of Culinary Development, Toevs was Executive Chef at Ritz-Carlton locations in Phoenix, Atlanta’s Buckhead district, and Aruba. In 2020, he re-appropriated 10,000 pounds of leftover and discarded food from various sources to charities that feed the needy.
